Summit Goals
The Canadian Shield Bikepacking Summit aspires to create an event that is welcoming to all peoples and fosters an atmosphere of inclusion and acceptance within the bikepacking world.
We encourage participation by all traditionally marginalized groups within the cycling industry including but not limited to: women, BIPOC and the LGBTQ communities.

Great news! No tax on tickets!This ticket gives you access to the event from Friday May 29th, until Sunday May 31st. Group rides, prizes, amazing presentations, and more.* Event shirts cannot be guaranteed if you purchase your ticket after May 1st, 2026.
Help grow the sport of bikepacking by providing an opportunity for members of marginalized groups to attend this event by sponsoring a ticket, which will be gifted through a draw.An call out for members of marginalized groups to apply for the gifted tickets will go out on Instagram, Facebook and through the newsletter in April, 2026. Whether visible minority, member of the LGBTQ+ community or a student that can't quite commit to paying for the event, we want to see you there.Winners will be contacted.ALL GIFTED TICKETS WILL REMAIN AT THE EARLYBIRD PRICING.
We at Canadian Shield Bikepacking understand that at times something may come up that prohibits you from being able to attend the event. We will do everything we can to return you your money, with the exception of processing fees by TicketSpice, clothing that has already been ordered, and donations made. After May 1st, 2026, we will no longer be able to process cancellation refunds.
Summit Camping
Camp at Centre Vorlage the weekend of May 29-31, 2026, staying both Friday and Saturday night right at the centre, close to all the festivities. The price for camping is per tent (2 adults max). You must bring your own tent.* In the event you are only planning to stay for 1 night, please contact me at [email protected] and I'll refund you the 2nd night
